#3. The idea of “your life flashing before your eyes” when you die is actually what we’re experiencing now. We live our lives with no conscious memory, but it all comes back as we’re dying. This explains why sometimes we can’t remember things even (supposed) moments after we’ve done them or we remember things out of order, etc.

#2. Dragons existed. They’ve been a part of too many cultures and legends, from long before those cultures started mingling, to just be a coincidence. A descendant of dinosaurs, they still closely resembled their ancestors but this species was around at the same time as humans, at least for a while.
